This original paint survivor CJ5 spent the majority of its life as a Paso Robles cattle ranchers daughters farm Jeep. When he retired and she no longer wanted it, it was sold to their neighbor who was the previous owner before me. He retired shortly thereafter to Oregon, and no longer wanted a manual transmission, which led to my purchase.
I have kept this vehicle exactly as I received it, as I think it is perfect. The only modifications are the dash mounted gun rack and cb radio from the jeep's ranch days. Not something I'd have installed myself, but now they're part of the story so I've left them.
This Jeep is original and runs well, and is easy to move around. It can be rented with a full top with windows and doors, a bikini top, or with everything off including the roll cage for a truly original open jeep look. The original side spare mount is inplace, but the jeep also has a factory option rear spare mount that can be provided with the rental if desired.
